Grkov is a privately owned winery situated in Kavadarci. They have 2 wines in their winecard, Pinot Noire and Cabernet Sauvignon.
 
  Pinot Noire is a typical burgundian wine sort and among the most difficult for cultivation. It took a lot of love and attention to finally produce a leading wine from this sort, which according to its characteristics is closely related to the type of wine produced in the Burgundy region in Southern France. This wine is characterized by a fine red colour which reminds us of the colour of a ripe cherry or raspberry. The young wine of this sort is rich in fruit and aromas such as raspberry, cherry and wild strawberry and also menthol. Older wines have traces of coffee beans, mocha and meat aromas such as fresh steak.The abundance of freshness makes this wine to be drank and accepted by all smooth wine lovers.
This wine belongs to the mild leading wines group . It can be consumed with the all kinds of aperitifs and pasta and goes well when combined with fish.
Cabernet Sauvignon is produced in winecellars with maximum quality control. It is characterized by a dark saturated colour that reminds us of a ruby and an aroma of ripe wild fruits such as blueberry, blackcurrant and blackberry. Due to the special climate the wines of this sort are characterized with "wild" floral aromas of fresh green pepper, menthol, eucaliptus, tobacco and meat, which are the basic features of the leading CS.
This wine is drank by people who prefer strong wines and know how to appreciate its quality. Its structure allows us to keep it bottled even years later, which makes it favorite with the collectors and old wine lovers.
We recommend you consume it with red meat and lamb, cheese and dark chocolate.

 The winery Gorcev is a small wine cellar in Negotino. All the wine production is based on the tradition of the family Gjorcevi.
 In the 1927 year grandfather Gjorgjo from the Gjorcev family is sent to visit a course for wine making in Aleksandrovac SCG. After his coming back to Negotino he buys about fifteen barrels thus establishing the first wine cellar in Negotino. In the last moments of his life he gathers his family and tells them: It is my will that you continue with the wine production because the wine growing is a real wealth in the Tikves region.

It has a capacity of 120000 litres. Their styles of wine consists of three red ones: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Vranec. The wines are produced by a modern technology thus accenting the fruity aroma and the saturated dark ruby colour.
Their long cooperation with the wine-growers allows them to follow and select the finest grapes and also maintain agro-technical cooperation. In the moment they work on expanding the capacity and implementing a new technological line for white wine production.
Today, Gjorcev wines can be found in Macedonia, Serbia, Croatia and Bosnia and Hertzegovina.

ROVIN

Rovin winery exists for several years and for the first time this year it comes on the market with four wines Vranec, Cabernet, Riesling and Chardonnay. These wines are characterized with a recognizable taste and aromas typical of the Tikves region (wineyards).
On the degustation on 8th May in Imes they will promote another 2 new special wines from the year 2005, Cabernet and Chadonnay from the export line.
 Rovin winery has its own wineyards and an expert team for maintaining the quality of the wines. Their wines can be found in all the major markets and restaurants in Macedonia.
